you know one thing that makes me more upset...no upset is not quite the word i'm looking for...hmm..more infuriated? anyways i cannot stand when people think they have the right to spread rumors about ones family or an individual. cannot stand it. a couple of months ago this girl my half brother Alex used to date decided that when they broke up it was okay to call my brother retarded and a creep, asshole and all those lovely things. He didn't do anything to her. But no she didn't stop there, she decided to harass my dad, calling him a creep and a pedophile?!? WHAT THA HAIL?! yeah me and my dad have never really gotten along all the time, but to when people make up stupid fucking rumors like that, that's crossing the line and i'm going to get pissed beyond belief. i confronted her, she never apologized. ever. for all i care she can go to hell. then the other day she does it again. and then tries to be BFF's with me. NO. you can say all the shit about me alll you want, you don't mess with my friends, or my family. or you're going to have to deal with a very very angry girl. karma's a bitch, but i'm far worse, much worse, than karma.

gobble gobble.
happy stuff your face full of food day everybody.
my brother is finally in town again. grateful for that since it's been awhile that we've seen each other. he got both of his ears pierced. looking pretty good, hope he doesn't get them torn out from hockey. speaking of he's still playing for the Oil Kings, down in OKC, he's ready to play for the U-17 team next year, boys not even fifteen yet. i'm thinking pro.
latest movie i just saw: Due Date...eh it was funny-ish. Zach Galifianakis got reallll annoying realll fast. i mean come on dude. masturbating next to another dude?!? just because it helps you sleep...muffed up and sick nasty.
still waiting to start work here in a few days. i'm in much need of the money.
hmmm...Christmas....idk what to think of it right now.
thinking about going back blonde(it's my natural color) but it's a tough decision.
facking hating the cold weather. miss Kansas and it's always fifty winters most of the times. i miss my friends, yeah i have a lot of bad stuff still living there, but i had my share of friends to back me up.
the only thing that sucked today...PUMPKIN PIE, always better if i make it homemade, but not this year oh well.
-much love.

free falling.
it's been awhile. lame. oh well.
well finally making some good money at Hy-Vee. pretty pumped.
my weekends are filled with pretty much living at Kortney's house, with Asa, and everybody else.
new boyfriend. yes. he makes me forget what was, what has been, and every shitty thing i've had to put up with. he makes me very happy, he makes me smile like hell. he makes me forget the past and look forward towards the future, and i appreciate every last bit of it completely. thank you so much Asa.
last night went to go see Saw 3D with Kort, Ry, and Asa. well it's like all the other ones but guts, blood and gore flying at you in 3D. at the end, well we all just ended up laughing, went to Culvers and hung out.
last weekend me and Kort went to go see the new movie Skyline. love. it. except for the shitty ending. better come out with a sequel or else i'm going to cry.
i have decided not to do any sports this winter, since i got a job, and i'm not about to work my ass off in basketball to not get any playing time, and to become best friends with the bench. not worth it.
Asa made varsity for wrestling friday, very proud of him. next tri meet is tuesday. home. agaisnt Lee's Summit West, and Belton. kick ass.
ready to stuff my face for Thanksgiving.
much love guys. <3

unleashed.
you know i thought that moving up here would be a great thing for me. new start. new slate. new everything. but i was wrong. new people, new faces, same problems, same ole' bull shit.
and every single day i face two-faced people at school, fighting with my parents up here, funny how it's the same thing back at home.
the thing is, whenever i get angry or pissed off sometimes i just walk away. but that's rare, lately i've been blowing up on everyone and anything that is near me. what am i supposed to do if it's the same shit everyday? just let it pass through me like it's no big deal? well i wish i could do that, but it's very hard for me to do. fucking hate it.
i'm a very independent person, ready to move out, ready to be on my own, ready to just do me, and not have to fight with my parents or anybody in general.
just whatever. tired of it. fuck it.

something new.
some things in life aren't meant to last forever. but that doesn't mean that you had a good time enjoying what was, or what has been. enjoy every moment and every experience in your life as if you're never going to get a chance to enjoy it again.
me and my boyfriend broke up, and let me say, i'm sadden, but not mad. i feel like it was for the best, but he will still be close to my heart. all my friends are close to me.
Jason treated me a whole lot better than my ex Spencer. and i couldn't have asked of anything more from Jason, it's just that sometimes things just don't work out. Any girl would be very lucky to have him for a boyfriend. He will treat you like the princess that you are, and love you for who you are, which is very hard to find in a guy, it doesn't hurt to take that chance.
JaeJae, you are truly one of a kind. i hope you know that.

keep on keeping on.
lately i've been getting really annoyed easily. like:
-(i'm never apart of this, because i just tune out) but girl drama. shitt! wanna know how you solve it? hoes, stop sleeping with everything that walks and stealing your best friends' boyfriend every other day. and keep your legs closed, i hate walking through the hallways and it always smelling ranky.
-teachers: ...uh yeah, i have a ton of other things i'd rather do with my life then sit at home for 3 hours and write a 9 page paper over how a freaking apple fell on some dudes' head...yeah no thanks.
-everybody knows that one kid that thinks they are a big hot shot when it comes to a certain sport, but oh god if poor johnny scrapes his poor wittle knee, he has to get surgery, and has to sit outta practice for two years, and everybody is obliged to kiss his ass...yeah right, grow a pair johnny boy.
but whatever, some good things happened lately:
-volleyball, kicking ass as always, but lost to stalely yesterday, but oh well fuck the falcons.
-Boyfriend [: happy as can be, probably the happiest i have been in awhile, and that's all that matters.
-homecoming, finally got my dress, at forever 21, haha all i gotta say is that was an experience. plus we got reservations at this nice restaurant at Bravo in Zona Rosa, pretty excited.
-basketball workouts start next week, but can't go because of volleyball, oh well, i'll get the practice in some other way, plus varsity here i come. pumped [: (except head coach is a bitch...)
-homecoming football game friday, hella doing a mohawk for spirit day and the game. might take awhile but oh well [:
until another day see ya guys.

ketchup.

yeah, i know, it's been like what? a month or two since my last post: lemme catch you up on some things.
school has started for me at Liberty North High School- upperclassmen, junior, can't get any better right? [: except our football team needs to grow a pair, and my AP English teacher seriously looks like Alan from the Hangover. smh...
basketball- i have decided to retire my suit & goggles for a pair of nikes and a ball, so ready to get back on the court, and start out the season strong with a win. i'm just bored and tired of swimming, plus it sucks doing it in college, plus i'm doing soccer in the spring. hoorahh.
Perkins is a big disappointment to my Hawks, makes me wanna rethink my college applications to KU....nahh still going [: ready for basketball season to start, NCAA.
Coach Clemens- has many words of wisdom: "for those of you who don't have your drivers' license, it's like smoking pot..." "you wanna know what we call girls that can beat boys in some things, and dominate...no not mean, yeah bitches, it mean they're doing something right..." "typically when you talk to a girl she takes everything you say personally, but if you talk to a football player he'll blame everything on the guy standing next to him..." "are you an athlete, yes? then stop complaining!"
oh and finally found somebody that truly makes me happy [:
this post was short and sweet, more coming soon.

sick & africa
okay so last week during my swim camp i busted up my left knee once again, i thought it was just bruised and i would get over but sad to say it hasn't gotten much better. i still can't move it certain ways, and i often walk with a limp :/ also because of my medication i'm on i feel very sick...i hate being sick...because when your sick, you go to the doctors, and when i go to the doctors, i just feel creeped out, and just don't like the smell of the place...sick people smell. bleh. but it's sorta ironic how when i get out of highschool, that i wish to become a surgeon. like i said before helping people is my thing.
so on another note:
HIV/AIDS epidemic in Africa. many of us are very unaware of what is happening in the many countries populating the world besides our own. in the U.S. if you were infected with such a virus, you knew exactly where to go to, to seek medical attention. a local clinic of sorts. you would run a series of bloodwork test in the lab, and within hours receive your diagnosis of the virus. in Africa, there is little to none medical help for the millions of adults and children infected with the virus. i was looking around on the internet for some more detailed information on this subject and i found out that on www.globalissues.org :
--Between 1999 and 2000 more people died of AIDS in Africa than in all the wars on the continent, as mentioned by the UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan.
--Lester R. Brown said "[2000] began with 24 million Africans infected with the virus. In the absence of a medical miracle, nearly all will die before 2010. Each day, 6,000 Africans die from AIDS. Each day, an additional 11,000 are infected."
(2008 study roughly estimated these statistics, but 2010 the numbers are higher...)
even African leaders fail to seek action for this epidemic. and many of us are very unaware of this. some of us are more concerned what new cell phone we might get, and what am i going to wear to the party tonight? materialistic thoughts like that make us ignorant. make people turn their heads, and open their eyes.
if you want to make a difference, start a program at your school, with fundraisers of some sort, to help donate medical attention to those who really need it the most. even going to www.toms.com and ordering a pair of shoes online is contributing to the need of others. when you order a pair of shoes from TOMS, they will donate a pair to children and families in thirdworld countries who are less off.
once again, the feeling of doing something greater than yourself in indescribable.

- 33.4 million living with HIV
- 2.7 million new infections of HIV
- 2 million deaths from AIDS
- Approximately 7 out of 10 deaths for 2008 were in Sub-Saharan Africa, a region that also has over two-thirds of adult HIV cases and over 90% of new HIV infections amongst children.

the first of many...
okay so here's my first entry.
so every 4th sunday me and a group of friends volunteer at KC Rescue Mission, and serve food to the homeless, and chat with the men that are recovery from either a drug or alcoholic addiction, and trying to get back on their feet.
got to admit, i did not want to go my first time. it was very uncomfortable for me being there, but i ended up having such a wonderful time.
my second time that i went, put a very powerful thought in my mind.
there was a deaf man that worked there named chris. he was in such high spirits you always had a smile on your face when you talked to him.
while we sat down and ate with the men, chris had said that no matter what never give up on a child with a disability, they need you as much as you need them. he was such a sweet man, with a big heart.
a thought was planted into my head when i left the mission: you never truly realize how great you have it until you hear a person's (who is less off) life story. some may even bring tears to your eyes.
so, with that in mind, never pass up the chance to help someone in need because everything that you have now could be taken away in the blink of an eye, and the feeling of helping others is indescribable.
